    Hi,

    Back again! Got married and lost a stone to fit into my dress. Been five months since my wedding and the weight has slowly crept back on. I felt good at 10stone so would like to get back there.
    My intake today:

    soup (200)
    crispie bar (130)
    banana (100)

    home made spicy pumpkin soup (300)
    brown roll (100)
    2 small apples (100)
    biscuits (140)
    roll (100)
    2 x celebration (100)

    1300.

    Tomorrow.

    Soup (200)
    brown roll (100)
    banana (100)
    crispie bar (130)
    pumkin soup & roll (400)
    2 x apples (100)
    4 x chocs (200)
    half a double decker (170)

    1400 - no excercise today as have work followed by uni.

    Friday.

    1/2 Banana (50)
    soup & roll (300)
    punnet of cherry toms (70)
    2 x apples (100)
    soup and roll (300)
    bar of chocolate (250)
    packet of crisps (150)

    1060


    Saturday.

    Going to go ape which is 2 hours excercise

    as usual Sat and Sunday didn't quite go to plan. Seriously back to it today:

    Uphill fast walk 30 mins - trrying to burn away the lindt chocs

    excercise dog walk uphill for 45 mins
    1 hour housework

    there is a giant box of heroes in the office today arrrgghhh. I'll be strong!
    = 1080

    plan for the weekend.

    Lunch - HM veg soup and roll (300)
    tea - curry low cal

    well I weighed and was quite a few pounds more than I thought. 11stone 2lb 30% body fat :( So I now have to lose pretty much 2lb a week to get to get to 10stone for new years eve. I think the news has just made me slightly more motivated.

    No more than 1100 calories a day for me :(

    Hello Shanny - thanks for checking in. Yes I'm ok, lost my willpower. In general I haven't been eating too much but I can't stay away from the chocolates :(
