Does anyone know the syn value of Lidl frozen piri piri chicken on an original day please? Thanks in advance!

Looking on the website, I can't see aything under the manufactur Lidl for piri piri chicken... Is there another brand name on the package?
Or can you post the nutritional values?

Hi, it's Braemoor piri piri chicken.
It's a 540g pack but only planning to half of it (depending on syn value).
Per 100g = 164 calories.
Fat 7.8g
Carbohydrate 1.5g
Protein 22g

The website says '12½ Syns per package/portion' on an original day

Thanks so much Sarah. Higher than I'd hoped for but ok if I I'm struggling to use my syns one day

No problem And it can be annoying when things are higher than you expect, but at least you found out before, whereas I used to discover the syns after I'd eaten it
