Hi All, I'm off to Lidl for the first time. Can anyone tell me any syn free/low syn goodies to look out for there?

pretty good for tinned stuff and frozen veg.
also fresh meat and veg is quite reasonable.
its our closest shop so use it a lot

I get the box of plain rice that is then in individual bags - quite like uncle bens. Then i dont cook too much as for some reason i just cant get my rice portions reasonable - i always cook way too much. This way it is all measured for me PERFECT!
