Lighter life or extante

Hi has anyone done lighter life and extante, what is the differeance. I only really eat the kk porridge and chocolate shakes. I hate the hot meal replacement packs. Is extante similar

I do ll as I like the soup and pancakes, didn’t find any exante I liked. 6 of one really I think but exante cheaper if you like them. There are also slim and save and new you if you are looking at them all

If you stick to it drink 2-3 liters of water a day and you will not feel hungry. But still, you will still want food.. that's the hurdle!

Funny I rarely want food outside of plan. Though I’m more of a 5-6l of water gal
