    Thought I would like to start my own diary as I hate writing it down but I would like to take note of what im having and this seems to be a good way to do it.

    Last week I started having my HE's and my weight loss went up again so Im going to stick to having them again and see if it stays up.

    So here goes:

    Extra Easy:

    Breakfast.
    1 Weetabix Chocolate Oaty Bar (HE-B)
    1 Banana

    Lunch.
    1 Batchelors Chicken Cup a Pasta (1)
    1 Apple

    Dinner.
    Mashed potato with milk and cheese (HE-A -half each)
    Carrot, parnsip and turnip mash pack (2)
    3 Quorn Cumberland Sausages
    Onions Gravy made from bovril and oxo cubes

    Syns total: 3

    Exercise: 1 hour of Just Dance
    2-Wii

    not a criticism or anything but are you on extra easy?? as in my opinion your not having enough superfree food as your supposed to have 1/3rd each meal also are you eating enough fruit ?

    I do normally have more fruit during the day, I didnt even notice I didnt have much yesterday. Thanks =)

    2 Pinapple sticks (pinapple lolly from Asda-just pinapple though)

    Semi-skimmed milk (HEA)

    Exercise: 1 hour of Just Dance

    of Wii FitFelt weird having so many syns today as I do try to not syn at all when I can but I know I lost the most in the first week and I was synning then so...

    Went out for lunch today too and hubby got a malteaser cheesecake after his lunch and I didnt try it. NSV =D

    Also bought myself Wii Fit Plus today.
    Very exciting.
    Will set it all up properly tomorrow, just been doing the trial so far and I really like it.

    Lastly, as Im back to working normal shifts now I have decided to do a food diary so I am prepared for what im doing when I get home or if I need to bring food into work.

    Funny food day as is every Thursday cause its weigh in day and I eat light all day then have a treat that night.

    Not sure why?

    Dont think anyone else reads my diary but if someone happens to see this and has any opinions on why I couldnt eat it id love to hear some? Would love some advice. =)
