Chilli Non Carne with Rice




Vegemince™ in a gently warmed chilli sauce with adzuki beans, organic kidney beans, rice and a hint of dark chocolate.

In the microwave
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwavable plate then heat on high 100% (800W) for 3 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, then heat for a further 2½ minutes, then stand for 1 minute.


On the hob
Remove sleeve and film lid (you may need to use scissors or a knife),
pour into a saucepan then heat gently, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes.

Vegetarian Burgers with
a peppered mushroom melt






A satisfying chunky burger topped with a mildly peppered creamy mushroom sauce.

Grill as instructed, place in a burger bun, top with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese and a little salsa for a delicious burger combo!

For cooler days, place your grilled burger on your favourite roasted vegetables and serve with crispy potato croutons roasted in olive oil, seasalt and white pepper and a pinch or two of thyme.

To oven cook
Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
Remove all outer packaging then place the burgers onto a baking tray.
Cook for 10-15 minutes.


To grill or bbq
On a medium heat, grill or bbq for 10-15 minutes.

Sorry, I see that this is an old thread. But I've just had the chilli non carne and the syns calculator lists it as being free! There's nothing bad in it really and it's really tasty. But surely it can't be free?
