    Hi there,

    I have just read Life is Hard, Food is Easy by Linda Spangle and it had some good ways of thinking in it. I read it quickly, will have to take time to digest her approach to emotional eating. Guess I could try her 100 Days of Weight Loss which is apparently the other book in bite size concepts and spread over 100 day. 100 Days sounds like heck of a commitment though
