day 3 i have had

breakfast : tinned tomatoes (superfree)
baked beans
bacon with fat removed
2 eggs (stuffed.com )

lunch 1 baked pot n baked beans no marg
1 banana 2 satsumas

snacks

HXB 2 ALPEN LIGHTS
HXA 250ML SEMI SKIMMED MILK

Dinner chicken breast
Broccoli cauliflower
Potato
Bisto gravy 1.5 syns

Dessert fat free total o Greek yoghurt
Options sachet 3 syns (16g)

Note to self iceland frozen gammon not free and quite a few syns I not been having many syns tbh been too full and satisfied total used 9 syns yesterday had about 4.5 syns and weds 8 syns used

Does this look ok guys I been sooo good just hope I lose I have tried to add 1/3 of plate super free
