    Well I hope so anyway as yesterday i embarked on Slimming World diet.
    My starting weight is 25 stones exactly argh!!
    so i need to loose mmm about 10 stone at least :(

    Well done on your first weeks loss. I know it seems like you have loads to lose but if you break it down into smaller chunks and have some mini-goals in your mind that will make you feel brill.

    Win lots of small races to get to target instead of trying to run a marathon first.
