Right thought i would start a food diary. Feel free to have a nosey and any comments welcome!

Sunday 7th November Red Day

Breakfast - oats so simple, milk(HEA) banana cinnemon and sweetener
Lunch - baked fish with prawns and spicy tomato sauce, BNS chips
Dinner - homemade veg soup with nimble breadx2 (HEB)
