Hello everyone :)

I have decided to do a diary to motivate me a bit more, I hope that's ok!

So I started lipotrim tfr on monday 1st August. I weighed 12st 2lbs and I am 5ft 4.5 (.5 very important hehe). The first two days where torture and I ended up cheating on the first day I had a piece of brown bread and same second day. By the third day it was getting easier and 4th day was loads easier really! I've weighed myself today and I'm now 11st 6.8lbs so I'm really happy with the results!!! 10 pounds in a week :D

So I wasn't going to do the second week but now I have decided I definitely am going to do it! My job is very active (vet nurse assistant) and I never stop in work so I don't have time to think about food thankfully, so this helps a lot!

My boyfriend happens to be a pharmacist and he got me on this diet otherwise I wouldn't have been brave enough to be weighed by a stranger each week so I think your all very brave! He tests my keytones using my blood to get a more accurate reading also :)

My goal weight would be 9 stone but I have a dress I used to love wearing which I can't fit into anymore and I'd love to wear it to the surprise 50th birthday party I've organised for my mum on 20th August!! That's the goal I would be very happy to reach :) I think if I lose another 10 lbs by then I will fit into it! Fingers crossed!!

Every little helps lol;)

Day 3 today for me at 100% - soooooo tempted to eat today but decided to clean and declutter my daughters room today and it kept me busy.

Feeling a bit down and emotional today but from reading posts it seems to be normal.Hoping for ketosis soon
