Right just weighed myself. Totally shocked. 13 stone!! Never been this weight before. Vowed when I hit 12 that I would not put more on but hey need to put it all behind me and start fresh. Going to try and calorie count. Worked out that I should be on about 1200 a day for steady weight loss. I can live with this as it is quite flexible.

For breakfast I have just had

30g Special K and semi skimmed milk. 173 calories. Hope that I worked that one out ok.

Going to shops later to get some fresh fruit and veg
