Oh my gosh, im back AGAIN

Hi guys, i've just started cc-ing and thought I should start keeping a diary in this section and want to introduce myself.:D

My name's Linz and i'm 30yrs old, soon to be 31:eek: Been married 5 yrs and have no kids but would like them someday soon and don;t want to be an overweight mum to be with loads of issues due to weight!

Starting out on CC at 17st exactly but not for much longer....!!!:p

I have my main diary in the WW section as I have currently lost 2.5 stone doing WW since Nov 09 and have made a lot of friends over there. I will defo be keeping that diary as well as this one for support. I do find the support in general on Mini's is fantastic and I certainly wouldn't be where I am without the support and motivation from everyone.;)

So, as I say i've just started out doing CC and with the help of you guys and myfitnesspal I should hopefully get to my goal!! I don't have a specific date in mind to hit goal but so long as I get there sometime in the near future!

I'm aiming for 1500-1700 cals per day and my food today has been (27/06/10) -

Brekkie - 2 boiled eggs & 2 toast (388)

Lunch - garlic & onion bagel with 2 slices breaded ham,tomato, philly & coleslaw (440)

Dinner - turkey steak in breadcrumbs with homemade oven chips & side salad (395)

Snacks - fab ice lolly (90) meringue nest, mini muller rice pot with strawberries (244)

Total used today - 1557 :D

Hi Linz, great to have you join us, and congratulations on your fabulous weight loss so far. I think you're talking to the converted here - we all seem to LOVE calorie counting. And hopefully the re-education that happens along the way will mean this is the way forward for life. How are you going to keep track of your calories. There are a few websites that help count as you go, and take into account exercise and general daily activity, which are helpful. Good luck with your journey x

Congratulations on your fantastic weight loss so far, best of luck with calorie counting, I think it's such a good way to do it :)

Hi guys and thanks for a lovely welcome to CC and the lovely comments from you all...

I'm using myfitnesspal to do all the hard work and counting for me which makes it dead easy!!

Will try and find all ur diaries as soon as i get a minute or 2 and say hi and see how you've all done so far!!..

So I thought I was doing well today in my head but when the sums were done it seems i'm a wee bit over but I have been to the gym today as well so hopefully it'll balance out!!!

So todays scoffs have been -

baked tattie with coronation chicken (519)

Dinner
wwfh chicken hotpot & 2 waffles & 1 bread (578)

Snacks
s&v snackajacks (105)
cadbury fudge (115)
dairy milk thin bar (110)
banana (90)

Total used 1705.

As you can probably see i'm not the healthiest eater in the world but if it works like this for now then i'm a happy bunny!!

gonna treat myself to a subway - 6inch steak & cheese (332)

Dinner
turkey steak diced with homemade oven chips and asda instant curry sauce (520)

Snacks
s&v snack a jacks (105)
Cadbury fudge (115)

Total - 1460 so far..

Got my w/i tomoro morning so fingers crossed for the first CC w/i!!.

I need to get my bum moving today in the hope of a pound loss!
How you liking it so far?
I like it...although it does feel a bit more obsessive which im not liking so i try to just let the website do it for me!

I'm loving it so far Katie, yeah, logging exercise too but was short of the daily target, was just easing myself back into the gym...hadnt been for over 2 weeks!

But getting back into the gym 3 times a week again, got to to keep up the good weightloss!!

Yep, I can see it getting kinda obsessive but as you say fitness pal does all the hard work.

I'm trying to plan for the day so I know if I have any spare cals incase of any added extras I may shove in my gob!! haha!!

Good luck for tomoro chick, hope we can both report a good loss!!.xx
