Hello everyone !!:wave_cry: on a weight loss journey. I came across this site by chance and am very excited to be going to be on it with you all.:):)

Ive been a yoyo and emotional dieter for many years, tried every diet going only to fail at week 3 and then pile on twice as much each time.:(:cry:

Im doing lipotrim diet to train my brain hopefully:feedtroll: to a more positive and healthy way of eating.:fingerscrossed: its going to be a hard struggle,:break_diet: first week was a nightmare.:eek: hoping we will all help each other through x

Had my first weigh in thursday just gone lost 7lbs, the first 3 days were very hard. Im very much hoping this diet helps me think about food differently, when i have achieved my goal and start maintaining. how about you?

That's amazing Hun what upset me is because I'm tall when people here I'm 14stone they say oh that because your tall trust me when I get to 12 stone people will notice how better I look lol it's just weird my sleep last night was the most difficult all I could think about was food food food and today Been really lethargic I'm conscious of musle waste and excess skin. Espeacially no boob too!!

It is really difficult when on a diet not to think of food all the time, dont know about you but its so hard cooking food for others, my fella and kids and not having any but it will be worth it. you go girl and show them the difference in the whole new you when you achieve your goal you'll be brimming with body confidence and a healthy new you

Yeah I do hope so I've not cooked anything since Friday my partner has been brilliant however he's back at work tomorrow so I'll have to cook for the kids as he works 2 till 10pm I ve just had my last shake so I'm hoping I wont feel as hungry during the night to night!! I cant believe how much I would have eaten out of boredom it's seriously disturbing going to through my self into my nvq tomorrow see if that help keep my mind off eating!!

your so good just having your last shake now, i really struggle, some days im just so hungry couldnt wait had my last one at 5pm, hitting me hard now soooooo hungry x keep up your hard work hun, you are doing really well x

I will Hun I would say that if it gets really difficult drink some coffee black with about four sugars in then jog run have sex tired your self out I'm in bed now I'm wishing the days away it's not easy not hungry thou Which is a bonus!! Stager ur meals when you first feel hungry have lots of water or hot drink!! Then leave it half an hour or so before u eat!! We will help each other Hun we can do this!!!
