wouldnt touch them with a barge pole best avoided as mini states this diet needs to be supervised by your DR or chemist

theyre probably out of date anyway! but i'd advice you not to. how would you ever know that you are getting a genuine product? also like mini said you need to go thru doc or pharmacy .. for the sake of your own health really x
