Hi.
Ive been given some male sachets in error by my pharmacist, im assuming I can still use them (2 portions per sachet as they are twice the weight)? Or do I take them back to the pharmacy.
If i can use them Ive got a bit of a bargain methinks!

Hi, I'd take them back only because I'm trying to follow thus diet to the letter. Plus it would be awful if you thought having them was ok and it affected your weigh in results!!!

I would check on the packet contents with the details from the carrier bags - I am fairly sure the only difference is the size of the portion - If this is so and they are twice the size then you have indeed got a bargain!

I've had the male ones, I just split the, never affected my weight loss.

Hi - Checked the portions etc and yep, its ok to split into 2! Result, my own little BOGOF deal!
