I've lost 3 1/2lb this week (1st week)
I knew I'd under eaten but really couldn't face breakfast 2 of the days :( i bet I'd have lost that extra 1/2lb if I had and made it 4lb :) never mind.

Head still in the right place and so is the weight loss

When I did sw I planned weigh day as naughty day but on ww I don't feel the need to. I bet the points I use for glass of wine in weeklys are the only ones I use all week xx

Doing great thank you, been out for 2 meals with friends, I didn't have a starter and had a tomato based pasta dish (chicken pasta arrabbatia) and no pudding!! Now that is amazing for me lol

I'm the same I don't feel like I am on a diet so I don't have any real treats after weigh in

I'm great thanks. Ww is fab isn't it?!

I never used to eat breakfast and now I look forward to it. I've never drank so much water either. My problem will start when I begin to slow down and not lose anything, I tend to give up but hoping I can keep it up this time.

How are you getting on?

That's the best thing about WW... No diet just change of life style,suits me lol.Well done on taking control on your nights out,does make you feel good I must admit.Am enjoying WW myself,don't feel deprived at all and the weight is coming off well,I know it will slow down but am sure I will get to goal!!
