    Ok have decided to keep a food diary to help keep me on track as have been straying from plan lately.

    Ok yesterday i had

    Breakfast

    Skimmed Milk hea
    Weetabix minis heb
    Watermelon,strawberries,grapes,Banana

    Lunch

    Lettuce,Tomato,Cucumber,Onion,Beetroot,Ham
    Cottage cheese,Jacket Potato
    Salad Cream 1.5 syns
    Banana

    Dinner

    Pasta,Mince,Onion,Mushrooms,Garlic,Passatta
    Banana, 2 slices watermelon

    Fibre Bar 6 syns

    Used 7.5 syns :)

    Breakfast

    Strawberry,nectarine,2 slices watermelon & Peach yoghurt

    Lunch

    Jacket potato, lettuce,tom,cuc,onion,beetroot,cottage cheese
    Salad cream 1.5 syns
    Peach Yoghurt

    will update with dinner later on

    Had forgotten about my diary lol !!! So gonna start filling it in again !! I weigh in on Wednesday's at 5 pm had a naughty day yesterday was very stressed as my mum collapsed at home then my uncle got rushed in to hospital so was a grab on the go day.
    Will start filling in again today :)
