Lisa's mission to lose the baby weight

Ok have decided to keep a diary so i can write down what i eat every day and keep track.

Have lost 21lbs so far not sure how many more i have to go maybe another 14-21 lbs??

I weigh in on a wed morning :)

Today i have had

Breaky - weetabix minis HEB, skimmed milk HEA and sliced strawberries

Lunch jacket potato, cottage cheese,salad,salad cream 1.5 syns

Dinner batchelors savoury rice and chicken kebabs

Snacks 2 bananas and 1 apple 1 hifi bar 6 syns

Total syns today 7.5 :)
Also walked 8.7 miles burning 568 cals and did 30 mins of wii fit :)
