Morning,

I have the old plan and your only allowed one pick from A and two from B. The new one might be different. I would try to stay away from the wine as well at least in the early stages. Good luck.

Hi, red/green allows you one or two a choices, and two b choices. so you are ok on that one.
I did notice you have alot of alpen bars, and i know it is allowed on the plan, but it does help weight loss to mix them up a bit.

You don't really seem to be eating a lot which could be part of the problem...do you go to class? It could be worth trying EE for a while as well, as that makes you eat third superfree with every meal which is often quite good for a boost. Make sure you're drinking lots of water, and I would try and lay off the wine for a week and see if that makes a difference.

Also, as you don't have a massive amount to lose, I would suggest sticking to 10 syns a day rather than 15, that may help as well.
