Lisas (new me) food diary 2014

    Well I've taken the plunge and ditched SW for WW I was up more than down in weight losses with SW I found I ate more pasta etc than my body can cope with and was missing out on family favourites.

    Well no year, new plan, new me!!

    I am 41 I have an 18 yr old daughter and a 17 yr old son I'm married and have 2 step kids aged 12 & 7. I had hysterectomy in 2006 hate my tummy area but WW is gonna sort me out. I work in a vets and lead a busy busy life!!

    So, today's plan


    B: quaker oat so simple 3pp
    Banana 0pp
    Skimmed milk 350ml 3

    L: heinz chicken soup 6pp
    Bread Roll 4pp
    Skips 3
    Melon 0pp
    Apple 0pp

    D: 3 eggs (omelette) 6pp
    Red onion 0pp
    Mushrooms 0pp
    Shape yogurt 2pp

    (I'm on a late shift so don't want anything heavy for tea)

    48 weeklies

    Day 2 and all going to plan even with a mega busy day at work

    Quaker oat so simple 3pp

    Chicken 130g 5pp
    Tangerine 0pp
    Shape 0% fat yogurt 2pp

    Asda extra special haddock fishcakes x2 6pp
    McCain oven chips 5% 140g 6pp
    Salad 0pp

    Grapes 0pp

    Options mint madness choc drink 11g 1pp

    26/26D 47W
    Not using many weeklies as signed up Monday evening and getting weighed Friday so saying they've covered what I had at weekend but saying that I'll use some if I need to

    Day 3 going strong and loving it I felt hungry day 1 but I'm not now

    Quaker oat so simple 3pp

    Belvita fruit n fibre biscuits x 2 3pp

    Chicken sandwich low fat 7pp
    Skips 3pp
    Apple 0pp
    Grapes 0pp

    Low fat sausages x 2 4pp
    Mashed potato 120g 2pp
    Broccoli 0pp
    Carrots 0pp
    Cauliflower 0pp
    Gravy 60ml 1pp

    26/26 still have 47 weeklies but as previously posted not using many until first proper week from Friday as started late

    Decided I really do need to get my bum into gear and do some exercise so I'm starting tonight with 50 squats and 30 sit ups my mums getting rid of some sort of exercise equipment so going to take a look at it. (she's not good at describing what it is) but i know its never been out the box it got delivered in lol

    This weight will disappear in 2014 :)

    Well done on getting started with the exercise! Ohh I wonder what your mom is giving you?? Hope its something good. I'd love a wee exercise bike for infront of the tv lol

    Had a mega busy day at work today was also up late but I've made it through and now home snuggled up with 2 besties (penny and Molly my dogs)

    Shape 0% yogurt 2pp
    Banana 0pp

    Heinz tomato soup 6pp
    Bread roll 4pp
    Apple 0pp
    Grapes 0pp

    Salmon 6pp
    Jacket potato 4pp
    Salad 0pp

    Options hot choc 11g 1pp
    Skimmed milk 1pp
    WW strawberry ice cream 2pp


    I hope I've lost something tomorrow even though I've not done a full week

    Our doin fantastic hun just wonderin have u tasted the ww soup there only 2 points and oven chips are making my mouth water I have to get micro chips as I have no scales and very greedy with portion size lol xx

    Yeah I've had WW soup I actually have a soup maker to make homemade zero pp soup just been lazy this week if I'm honest.

    I haven't had oven chips for months again I usually make my own but that night I just fancied some.

    I'm planning a F&H day tomorrow as got to cook for kids and hubby too as he's back from Copenhagen (he works away there in the week) :(

    Pointing is fab for me during the week. So I've actually altered tonight's menu I'm having morrisons nume quiche it's same pp as salmon. Salmon on my F&H day
