Hi everyone,i'm on week 2 Weigh day is a wednesday so i'm almost into week 3, i had a loss of 4lbs on my first weigh in that was lovely :) Im struggling to keep me weight dow as i'm on a lot of steroid medication every day for the rest of my life. I aim to loose 52 lbs,there is no time limit just as long as i continue to shrink thats fine by me! So here goes with my food diary

S.W extra easy day!
BREAKFAST
3 soft boiled eggs
Black coffee
Muller light
Banana

LUNCH
Pasta,tomatoes onions and garlic with fresh oregano and 28g goats cheese (HEa)

DINNER
S.W Lambs liver and bacon with spring onion mash (from extra easy book)
 
Hi Lisa, welcome to Minimins. Food diary looks ok - what about a HEb? Also SW recommend that with EE you have one third of your plate superfree foods (that's veg or salad), could you manage that? as it would help your weight loss.

Oh yes i forgot to add 28g of bran flakes and a muller light for super :) thats a HEb isn't it,i do that most days if i haven't managed it during day. Yes i have the veg but i dont list it as its free everyone will just take it for granted its there. tomato garlic onion herbs and green french beans were on my list yesterday,thanks Tesam :))

Actually chloe im not shifting the weight either....yeah ive been good,never cheated once not even on weigh-in days but last week i didnt loose and i was on scales yesterday and iv'e still not lost :( My weigh-in day is tomorrow so fingers crossed for a miracle! Ive been using my syns for alcohol cause i'm not one for sweets and things,i find it easy to save syn's and been a wine lover it suits me. going to try and cut that down next week to see if thats why im not loosing. i am steroid dependent and take 5 steroid tablets a day for life...i dont want that to be the issue but i suspect it is. either way im not giving in! :) Why do you think your finding things hard??? have you used all your syns? can you see where you might need to make changes? its hard isnt it,but then being over weight is even harder !
