Thought I was being clever by making my chicken soup in the shaker in work today.

Not advised, lid popped and covered in it!

Ive had that happen to me before. Hot liquids in plastic containers with a tight seal dont go together very well. Its like a mini explosion!
    Hope you didnt get hurt.

Oh yeah! That's a GOOOOOD tip! Maybe you could mix the soup in the shaker with a little cold water then top up in a mug with hot water.

Sadly I did burn my hand. It's ok now and at least it kept my mind off these dreaded day 3 symptoms.

    We live and learn!

Have now ordered a mini blender for work so will not happen again!

Been feeling really dizzy and weak all day. How long does it take to pass?

    Thanks for everybody's concern.

Aww no! Hope your hand is ok and you managed to save at least some of the soup!? I found days 1-3 the worst and have pretty much felt fine since. Hope it's the same for you and that the dizziness/weakness passes!
