    hiya everyone,

just a quick question...i've been reading various posts for info and advice before i start the CD next week and a few have mentioned they buy the listerine strips due to bad breath etc when you first start the plan....can it be any listerine strips or does it have to be a certain type...i've found some on ebay which are sugar free and have no calories so i thought they'd be ok but i just wanted to check first before i bought some. cheers xx

ah not sure about the citrus ones hugeherbo .. think they contain citric acid , which affects ketosis . I am sure you will be able to change your order
