listerine strips

    hiya everyone,

    just a quick question...i've been reading various posts for info and advice before i start the CD next week and a few have mentioned they buy the listerine strips due to bad breath etc when you first start the plan....can it be any listerine strips or does it have to be a certain type...i've found some on ebay which are sugar free and have no calories so i thought they'd be ok but i just wanted to check first before i bought some. cheers xx

    yeah another listerine strip user here , they are great to help you feel and smell fresher .. I get mine off e bay too , its the mint ones that are ok :)

    i've just ordered a pack of 48 from ebay :) i've never used them before, suppose i could pretend they're chocolate as from monday lol

    I've just ordered citrus, hope their ok too, it does say sugar free

    ah not sure about the citrus ones hugeherbo .. think they contain citric acid , which affects ketosis . I am sure you will be able to change your order

    oh no .. they may be ok , you need to check ingredients when they get here .. can you return them ?

    Im not sure, but ill just give them to my fella, i ordered sum mint ones now, dont want to ruin my diet
