Just wondering if these are really free to have on LT? Is there a particular type or will any of them do?

My pharmacist has nu-phar ones. I assume listerine ones are okay too since that's the recommended brand of mouthwash. You can have them as often as you need, I put two into my hot chocolate shake to make it nice and minty! Can't take the praise for that idea though, saw it on here!
