little blip (BIG)

:tear_drop: :tear_drop::cry:well ive had a little (WELL BIG) blip this wkend,but ive gave myself a big talking 2 so back on track now:whoopass: avent put on but ave took myself out of ketosis which is crap so got 2 start all ova agen with all the nasty symtoms:raincloud:...........

Hi all, also had a blip at the weekend. Of course I am really disappointed but it is my first blip - hopefully feeling like this will stop me from doing it again.

Does anyone know what happens now ? Will I go back into ketosis after a few days again and continue to lose ?

I woke up worried this morning coz i dreamt i ate a chicken ceaser wrap from tesco!

i did something similar the other week although not a wrap but an indian curry haha
