I have had a great morning up until an hour ago..Was packing my stuff for me hols tomoz, And the next thing I knew I was on the deck..:( My dog decided to relieve himself on my bedroom floor which is laminated..(Bad doggy, But saying this I had not had the chance to let him go pee pee in the garden so bad owner also :p) I must have stayed on the floor for like 15 minutes crying like a b**ch :D I was saying all kinds of things like "I am so fat I can't even get up", I had no energy to do it straight away...I eventually calmed myself down and got up..This may sound daft but when I was on the floor I started thinking about food as when I use to have crying fits or down days food was my pick up for me :( But I snapped out of it and got up and burst in to laughter thinking if anyone seen how I just carried on they would have sectioned me :p I may be bruised later but so what I am losing weight *WOOHOO* :D

    Thanks you two..:)

It is weird that I was in pain on the floor and the first thought was I want food I feel so crappy, But like you have said I didn't run to the fridge for food (Not like there is much in there actually totally empty :D) But I am proud that I didn't give in as I would have done a few months ago..So pat on the back for me :p

i wasn't sure whether to laugh or be sad about this story - and the way you have to look at it hun, is, all these things will make you more determined to get to your goal, and when you get there you can look back and see just how much you have achieved. hopefully your visit to boots will cheer you up! xxx

At least you're recognising now the triggers that make you want to eat.
I found this too. We can overcome this, now we know about it.
Don't be hard on yourself, you're such a pretty girl and you deserve to succeed.
Well done for being strong. xxxx
