    Hi guys

    I am not ashamed to say that i Love a glass or two of wine!!

    Well tonight is Saturday and X Factor and i want to have a few scoops!!

    Problems is i don't want to wreck my diet. I am on Slimming World and want to know two things.

    1.Can i save my points all week?
    2. How many points in a large glass of white wine?

    Any advice much appreciated.

    A large wine would be 250 rather than 175mls though

    You are allowed to save your syns by using them weekly rather than daily but I would suggest still using at least 5 a day

    It is a bit trial and error and some people do not get on well doing this so just see if it works for you
