    Somebody suggested doing a food diary (thanks Tink's Mum :)) and I thought that would be a good idea as I do my written one but I'm on my last sheet and don't feel ready to wing it yet.
    Please feel free to make any helpful suggestions or let me know if I'm cocking up royally.

    So....
    Today is a Red Day (Blaagh)
    Breakfast
    2 x Bowyers Sausages (2)
    2 slices Nimble w/m (HEb)

    Morning Snack
    Optifit Strawberry
    Highlights (2)

    Lunch
    Asda Fine Cut Salad (yum)
    Chicken Breast
    1oz Cheddar (HEa)

    Can of 7up light (naughty)


    Afternoon Snack
    Grapes
    Highlights (2)

    Water = 3 pints so far

    Cooking for the OH tonight (hence the Red Day) so tea will be roast salmon, broccoli and mash (synned).

    Ended up as
    Roast Salmon
    Broccoli
    Mashed Potato 4oz (4)

    Will have a HiFi (choc orange delish) as my other HEb later with a cup of hot vimto.

    Total Syns = 10

    Green Day tomorrow (yay) - got some sweet potato and butternut squash wedges in the oven to take for lunch.

    Pasta & Sauce Mushroom and Wine
    42g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HEa)
    Scan Bran (other part of HEb)
    2 slices Nimble (HEb)
    5 Laughing Cow Light (HEa)

    Total Syns = 5

    Water = 4 pints today

    I'm off to Woollies at lunchtime to pick up a witches hat for our work's fancy dress tomorrow supporting Children in Need. Loads of competitions / sponsorships going on including biscuit eating contests, chocolate eating contests etc. (unfortunately that would send my syns through the roof so I'm an adjudicator instead).

    Today I am dressed as a witch and doing a green day (no eye of newt for me unless it's a HEb).

    Breakfast
    HiFi Choc Orange (HEb)

    Morning Snack
    Shape LS Strawberry
    Option Orange (2)

    Lunch
    Roasted Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato
    Bramley Apple Quorn Sausages x 2
    Sammy's Couscous
    (stuffed to the max but it was delish)

    Tea
    Pasta and Sauce Mushroom & Wine
    42g R/F Cheddar (HEa)
    2 slices Nimble (HEb)


    Water = 3 pints so far

    Glass of Wine 175ml (6)

    Total Syns = 8

    Yeah lol, but I'd run out of toe of frog to go with it so it'll be green all the way today. Can't wait to get the cauldron on the go when I get home. I'm so ready for my tea :drool:

    Today is a Red day as I've promised to do a chicken curry for the OH for tea. He's off to the Baggies for the Chelsea game this afternoon.
    I'm working 1030-1330 today on overtime and struggling with my second red day of the week.

    Breakfast
    2 x Bowyers 5% (2)
    2 x rindless bacon
    2 x hovis wholemeal (HEb)

    Morning Snack
    Shape LS
    Black Coffee

    Lunch
    No idea as yet, dreading trying to think of something meaty that I can fancy.

    Had the most horrendous Sunday ever and haven't been able to post as my laptop was stolen. Stuck to SW though so not too worried about the lack of diaries - lost 2.5lb at WI yesterday.
    I have no appetite at the moment so the next couple of days may seem a bit lacking.

    Today is an I don't know day - probably green, will decide in a while.

    Just retrieved my food diary from page 3 (tut tut), thought it best to start recording if I'm trying EE and all that jazz.

    So today is..... not EE lol but Success Express! But it's the first time I've tried it so still worth keeping track.

    Breakfast
    57g of wholemeal bread (1.5 slices of medium) HEb
    Brown Sauce - tbsp (1 syn)
    Bacon two pieces - removed rind so ended up with 2 circles lol = 1/3
    Grapes = 2/3

    Morning Snack
    Dark Highlights (1.5 syns)

    Lunch
    Salad of shredded beetroot, carrot, lettuce and peppers 2/3
    Sammy's CousCous 1/3
    28g Cheddar HEa

    Afternoon Snack
    Kiwi Fruit

    Dinner
    Smash 1/3 with Carrot and Swede with 3 x Dairylea Light HEa and 3 x Quorn Bramley Apple Bangers 2/3
    10g of Gravy (2.5 syns)

    Drinks
    Diet Pepsi, Water, Black Coffee, Sugar Free Vimto Squash

    Exercise
    Day - 1.5 miles at lunch
    Evening - 10 minutes on rebounder then 30 minutes of ministry dvd

    Still got one HEb to go so will have a hifi with an xlight horlicks for supper watching BB :)

    If anyone's good with Success Express can you let me know if this looks ok? I've done Mix2Max before, from what I gather this should be similar but focus on superfree (?)
    Would appreciate any help x

    Yep, you're doing it right.

    It is similar to Mix 2 Match, in that you don't have to worry about whether you're on a red day or a green day: but the important part of it is that you literally measure your plate into 1/3 and the rest. The 1/3 should be food that is free on red or green and the rest should be superfree food.

    I found eggs really useful on Success Express. They're superfree and go with loads of different things!

    1 piece of w/meal toast (HEb), Sammy's CousCous and a banana

    Lunch - Green
    Jacket Potato, 28g Cheddar (HEa) and Baked Beans
    Muller Light Lemon and Passionfruit

    Afternoon Snack - Superfree
    GFY Fat Free Cottage Cheese with Onion and Chive
    Banana

    Dinner - Red
    Smoked Haddock, SW Potato Wedges - skin on, 8oz (HEb), Cabbage, Leek, Hollandaise Sauce (2.5 syns)

    Evening Snack - Superfree
    Activia FF Vanilla


    Supper :eek: - Superfree
    Activia FF Vanilla, Blueberries and Chopped Banana "Fruit Salad"

    Drinks - Superfree
    Diet Pepsi, Black Coffee, Water, Diet Vimto Squash

    Additional
    HEa 350ml skimmed milk (used in tea and hollandaise sauce)

    Total Syns = 2.5

    I wish I liked quorn. I don't think I'd have the confidence to use all my syns up every day,it's obviously working for you tho. Congrats on the exercise!

    I definitely don't use all my syns on any day - as you can see from my diaries. Average for me is 6 syns a day, normally between 5 and 8 although can be as low as 2.5. I would never have 15 syns a day as I don't think I would lose at all.
    The most I've ever had was NYE and I had 5 bottles of bud for 30 syns then had no syns for the rest of the week to compensate.
    Quorn is the best, especially the bramley apple sausages. :)

    Breakfast - Green
    Polenta, Sainsbury's Vegetable Ravioli and 42g of HF Cheddar (HEa)

    Morning Snack
    HiFi Choc and Orange (HEb)

    Lunch - Green
    Pasta n Sauce Mushroom and Wine Flavour

    Dinner - Red
    Smoked Haddock, Cabbage and Leek, Carrots, Hollandaise Sauce (2.5 syns for half packet)

    Additional
    350ml skimmed milk in PnS and Hollandaise (HEa)

    Evening Snack
    2 x Alpen Light Choc and Orange (HEb)

    Total Syns = 2.5
    Exercise = Walk into town and back 1.5 miles :)

    Today is a green day and a very busy one as I have to go into work twice and go to my nephew's 2nd birthday party and get all my things ready for meetings Monday (London) and Tuesday (Denham) as I won't be home much the next 2 days. :eek:

    Breakfast
    2 slices ww wholemeal bread (HEb)
    42g HF Cheddar (HEa)
    Heinz Spaghetti

    Lunch
    Pasta n Sauce Mushroom and Wine

    Afternoon Snack
    Alpen Light Choc and Orange (3 syns)


    Dinner
    5 x scan bran (HEb) and 4 x Dairylea Light (HEa)
    Chopped banana with blueberries and activia FF vanilla yog
    2 tsps of honey (2 syns)

    Drinks
    SF Vimto Squash, Water, Black Coffee

    Exercise
    15 minutes yoga squeezed in :( upsetting my exercise regime with the busyness lol

    Been on the road for 2 days so here's the postdated food diaries....
    Messy Monday - Green
    Breakfast (at 7am) = Fruit Salad and 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEb)
    Lunch (at 6pm!) = M&S Superfood Salad (1 syn)
    Dinner (at 9.30pm!) = Low Fat Supernoodles Bacon Flavour (1st time I've had these, they were yum!)
    Supper = 350ml skimmed milk (HEa) to make Horlicks XL Choc (2 syns)

    Total Syns = 3
    (No chance of having my other HEs due to eating late in the day and huge gap of not being able to eat anything cos of meetings :( ah well at least I stuck to it)

    Tiring Tuesday = Green
    Breakfast
    1oz F&F (HEb) with skimmed milk (not really as much as 350ml as this would drown an oz of cereal but will have to count as HEa)
    Lunch
    Salad with sweetcorn, pasta and beetroot with chicken breast (only a couple of strips so prob not enough for an HEb but will have to do), Black Coffee
    Dinner
    Super Noodles LF Chicken & Herb
    Galaxy (12.5 syns - WI day so this was my treat)

    Total Syns = 12.5

    Weary Wednesday - Green
    Breakfast
    1 piece wholemeal toast (HEb) with a banana, activia FF vanilla yog
    Lunch
    Jacket Potato, Beans, 1oz Cheddar (HEa)
    Afternoon Snack
    5 Minstrels (3.5 syns)
    Dinner
    Mashed Potato, Cabbage and 71g Chicken Breast (HEb)
    10g Quixo (2 syns)

    Exercise = 20 minutes walking (stuck at work again so had to decide some exercise was better than none - back on track tomorrow!)

    Total Syns = 5.5

    1 tbsp xl mayo (0.25 syns)

    Exercise = 40 minutes walking

    Total Syns = 6.25
