Hi guys, have had a fairly good day today, so here's what I have had.

Brekkie: medium bowl of special K, skimmed milk, handful grapes.
Lunch: zero soup, 5 ryvita, elf soft cheese, orange.
Dinner: roast chicken, potatoes, core roast potatoes, carrots.
dessert: sugar free jelly, yoghurt, handful grapes, apple
2 litres diluted water.
4 cups of tea with skimmed milk.
1 alpen light bar (1 point).

Not hungry at all, but still got head stuff going on, so I'm hiding out in my bedroom to avoid the kitchen.

Monday, 21st January

Breakfast: Special K, banana, skimmed milk
Lunch: zero soup, pork steak, potato, carrot, mullerlight
Dinner: core lasagne, mullerlight, sf jelly
Snacks: apple, banana, alpen light bar (1pt).
4 litres of fluid, incl. tea and diet juice.

Tuesday, 22nd January

B: Bowl special K, skimmed milk, banana
L: Core lasagne
D: Core chicken nuggets, Core garlic & herb pasta.
S: 2 apples
Points: alpen light bar - (1 point), pkt crisps (2.5 points)
core cookie (2 points).

Bit over on points but as long as I don't have more than 21 in the week I should still lose.

I put on 2lbs this week, leader said to be expected considering I had been doing Cambridge beforehand. I've just decided to go to points then Core a bit further down the road.
