Well holiday starts sun as as I intend to do low carb and exercise ( and wine ) thought I would start now .

Day 1
9.11

B peppermini and cheese ( at work all I could find)

L poss bacon eggs

D shepherds pie - mince tomatoes herbs . Curly kale mashed cauliflower , broad beans !

Will change accordingly
 
Sat day 2

B boiled eggs
L chicken with mayo parmasen . Rocket and watercress salad feta cheese .
D chicken tikka mushroom barge ( not sure was ok but lovely ) salad

2 g & t - well off on holiday sun !
