Right - I didn't so much as fall off the wagon as jump off straight in to a cream cake.
I have plenty of excuses, but ultimately I chose to put the rubbish in my mouth, and as a result have put on everything I lost plus a bit more.
I need to get myself back on track and figure that keeping a food diary on here may help.

I suspect my other HEXs will be cheese (cheese sandwich?) and perhaps a glass of milk.
