Hi
It's my first week on propoints WW! I been on slim fast for 8 weeks n lost 8lb am happy with that but the diet is just so tideous however it has made me eat less n look at food in a different way so I am pleased I cud stick at it!
My current weight is 11st 6lb n I would like to between 10/10-5lb!
I joined a gym last month n i now go 5/6 times a week as I work at a desk all day so have hardly any exercise!
I Want to loose the weight by November for my cruise n then my step sons wedding at Xmas so I hope I can do it! I feel toned n have lost 3 inches off my thighs n 2 inch off my waist so I know my journey has begun.
My pp allowance is 29!

Ah thanks for the advice hunnis on no halves n the belvitas! I need help cos the points list I working off is the old one I think! Is there anyone that has the new propoints list? I trying to do it by myself as I can't afford to join properly xx

I dont have a list sorry, but if you need the points working out for something just post and normally someone will be able to work it out for you. There is also a few different apps you can get for smart phones that are very useful.

Thanks anyhoo Hun x I got an iPhone n got the WW app but that not got a List on but never mind I shall post things on here for now x I shall look for more apps x ta ;-)

Oo I got a points calculator app! But I not sure it's for propoints? But I shall defo use it! X

Oo went to the gym- did 200 situps/crunches and 50mins treadmill, walking n running, bicep/tricep curls, and quad press!
Burnt over 300 cals x

i use iwatchr think i paid about 59p for it for the iphone.
Well done on the exercise that is very impressive :D
Have you measured yourself as well as weighing? i find it helps at times when you sts to check if your loosing inches as well

Yeah I keep a measure of myself ta I have lost 3 inch of my thighs n 2 off my waist in the last 2 months x

I meant to say i shall not b using my AP's but I may use a few of WP's for meals out n wine etc x which will b Friday as having friends round for a bit of come dine with me lol, 3 courses n red wine agh x

My tea is worth 16 now as the pasta is 10! Agh n peas r 2 so not brill but my hungry tea is Wednesday so I gotta nick some of my weekly points! Oops total is 42! Ah won't b having fresh pasta again!
So I nicked 13 weekly points!
Feel bad but didn't realise, I been using the good food app for low cal stuff so I will be looking at weight watcher recipes from now on! X

Actually it's 40 as strawberries n banana are free! Doh x I will get the hang of this honest x

Morning
I was hungry yesterday! Not as bad today not had my breaky til half 9!
Did my sit-ups n crunches this am will b doin some more at gym later! I wanted to go to the gym yesterday but there's not enuf time in the day! Had to go shopping, visiting then tea etc !
Defo going tonight even tho I got cleaning to do for our meal tomoz then I got to make my cheesecake tart base x

Hi Liz,

how you finding it?

I'm starting the WW old points system Next week, the weekend is almost here and I intend on eating my body weight over it as my last bit of fun he he.
