Sorry I've not kept up with my diary, not been well this past 2 weeks (blummin cold) :-(
Anyways I have decided to start a fresh on Thursday (still eating sensibly til then, but just not logging it here)
Again I will be doing Calorie Cycling (Zigzagging)(FL) as seems to be working
Have lost 5lb with WW and 4lb in 2 weeks with CC I expect to stay the same though this week as with not being well just fancied stodge (not given in all the time but I have a bit :-( )
This is my allowance for the week (with the gym Weds to Friday):-
