lunch; 2 x ryvitas 3 syns, 1 tsb houmous 1.5 syns, homemade tomato/bazel
soup

tea; haddock, free mash, green beans, peas, carrots, parsley sauce 2 syns.

snacks; pasta, fetta (hex a) sundried tomatoes 2 syns,2x makados 1
