    :break_diet: WELL WELL AND TRULEY BROKEN MY PERFECT DIET!! BLAMEING IT ON MOVING HOUSE, BUT 6 WEEKS ON STILL EATING AND DRINKING ALL THE CR*P I CAN GET MY HANDS ON!! WELL BCK ON THE WEB NOW, BACK TO THE SUPPORT OF YOU GUYS!! SO FROM TOMORROW IT'S WEIGH IN AND FOOD DIARY ALL THE WAY!! PLEASE GET INVOLVED AND LET'S ALL KEEP MOTIVATED!!!! :D

    NOT SO GOOD, WILL BE ON IT FROM TODAY GONNA POST A FOOD DIARY MY WEIGH IN WAS SOOOO PAINFULL 13st 1.5lb, BUT IT'S DONE NOW AND START GYM AGAIN TOMORROW, GOT HALF AN HOUR WITH THE BOOTCAMP TRAINER!! :confused:
    DAY 1
    BREAKFAST: oats, water, banana. (hex b)

    LUNCH: pasta and sauce (2 syns), apple, small salad.

    TEA:chicken, rice, jacket potato,

    SNACKS: 2xbabybel (hex a) 2x alpen light bars (6 syns)


    total syns: 8


    first day done!!!
