NOT SO GOOD, WILL BE ON IT FROM TODAY GONNA POST A FOOD DIARY MY WEIGH IN WAS SOOOO PAINFULL 13st 1.5lb, BUT IT'S DONE NOW AND START GYM AGAIN TOMORROW, GOT HALF AN HOUR WITH THE BOOTCAMP TRAINER!! :confused:

LUNCH: pasta and sauce (2 syns), apple, small salad.

TEA:chicken, rice, jacket potato,
