    I don't know if I'm following EE or Red or Green Days.

    All very confusing to me so heres a typical week.

    Wednesday

    Breakfast :- Boiled Eggs, Lean Bacon and Tomato, 1/2 cup tea with milk

    Mid Morning:- Mullerlight Yoghurt and Pear

    Lunch:- 2 x Wholewheat Bread with Chicken, Lean bacon, Spinach, Salad, Tomato, Beetroot and 1Tbsp lighter than light Mayo

    Mid Afternoon:- Melon, Tangerine

    Dinner :- Chicken Curry with 6 mini poppadoms

    Later on snack Pear with Melon

    Thursday

    Breakfast :- Scrambled Eggs, Lean Bacon and Tomato, 1/2 cup tea with milk

    Mid Morning:- Apple

    Lunch:- 2 x Wholewheat Bread with Chicken, Lean bacon, Spinach, Salad, Tomato, Beetroot and 1Tbsp lighter than light Mayo. Slice of cream cake :D

    Mid Afternoon:- Banana, Mullerlight Yoghurt

    Dinner :- Chicken Curry with 6 mini poppadoms

    Later on snack Pear

    Friday

    Breakfast :- Fruit salad (melon, banana, pear, blueberries) 2tblsp fat free Vanilla Yoghurt 1/2 cup tea with milk

    Mid Morning:- Clementine, melon

    Lunch:- 2 x cups of Potato, Leek, onion and Chicken soup with an Apple

    Mid Afternoon:- Melon

    Dinner :- Chicken Curry with 6 mini poppadoms

    Later on snack:- Melon

    Saturday

    Breakfast :- Scrambled Eggs, Lean Bacon and Tomato, 1/2 cup tea with milk

    Mid Morning:- Melon

    Lunch:- 2 x Wholewheat Bread 1 with Chicken, Leek, Potato Soup other with ham and tomato

    Mid Afternoon:- Pear and Clementine

    Dinner :- Chilli Con carne with Rice and teaspoon of WW Creme Fraiche

    Later on snack Tblsp FF Vanilla Yoghurt with melon

    Sunday

    Breakfast :- Scrambled Eggs, Lean Bacon and Tomato, 1/2 cup tea with milk 1 x wholemeal toast

    Mid Morning:- Banana

    Lunch:- Baked Potato and left over chilli con carne

    Mid Afternoon:- melon and dozen grapes

    Dinner :- 10 SW Chips, Sirloin Steak (lean), ratouitille

    Later on snack Mullerlight Yoghurt

    Monday

    Breakfast :- Scrambled Eggs, Lean Bacon and Tomato, 1/2 cup tea with milk

    Mid Morning:- Orange and Pear

    Lunch:- Pasta with Peppers, Courgette, lean bacon, tomato and chilliflakes

    Mid Afternoon:- Melon

    Dinner :- Chicken Fajita + 2 Tortilla

    Later on snack 2 glasses of Diet coke

    Tuesday

    Breakfast :- Scrambled Eggs, Lean Bacon and Tomato, 1/2 cup tea with milk

    Mid Morning:- Pear and Tangerine

    Lunch:- Cup of Soup and a Mugshot

    Mid Afternoon:- Banana

    Dinner :- Chicken Curry with 6 mini poppadoms

    Later on snack fruit salad (melon, grapes, kiwi, bluberries, pear) with 2 tblspoons of FF Vanilla Yoghurt

    Using all fry light and very minimal margerine on sandwiches.

    How does it look?? Dunno how many syns this is as i'm new to dieting/healthy eating
