    Hi, I have decided to try and keep a food diary online as am slacking with actually doing one. If you can give me any tips that would be great :) as I am struggling on what to have for breakfast and lunches. Also need to do the diet 100% so a fresh new start today :eek:

    Tuesday 7th September 2010 - Next WI 11th (Allowance 25pts)

    Well yesterday turned into a bad day so decided to draw a line under it and not let it ruin the rest of my week! Back on track today :)

    Friday 10th September

    Had another bad night last night wouldn't be suprised if I have a gain when I weigh myself tomorrow morning! I will not let this ruin the next week (I am thinking 100%!) :sigh:


    Friday 10th September 2010 - ( 25pts)

    Light Choices Prawn Sandwich (3.5)
    WW Crisps (1)

    Dinner - (5) - OH mum bought me some WW items and told me points :)

    Lemon Dessert (1)

    Snacks - (3)
    Go Ahead Slices (3)

    Drinks - (1)
    Water (0)
    Tea (0)
    Milk for teas (1)

    Total Points today so far = 15
    Saved - 10 (I am not too sure what is the maximum I can save for one day! I know it is not this much so will have a little treat later :eek:)

    The maximum you can save per day is 4 points. The light choices sandwich, is it from Tesco? I love Prawn Mayo, at only 3.5pts, it'll be brilliant!

    Yea its from tescos, they do the points system on their light choices goods.
