Hi, I have decided to try and keep a food diary online as am slacking with actually doing one. If you can give me any tips that would be great :) as I am struggling on what to have for breakfast and lunches. Also need to do the diet 100% so a fresh new start today :eek:

Well yesterday turned into a bad day so decided to draw a line under it and not let it ruin the rest of my week! Back on track today :)

Friday 10th September

Had another bad night last night wouldn't be suprised if I have a gain when I weigh myself tomorrow morning! I will not let this ruin the next week (I am thinking 100%!) :sigh:

The maximum you can save per day is 4 points. The light choices sandwich, is it from Tesco? I love Prawn Mayo, at only 3.5pts, it'll be brilliant!
