LL to atkins diet

    hi everyone,
    i lost 2stones on LL and only have 1 stone to shift, i have thinking of starting the atkins diet, but am scared of putting the weight back on, as am not doing the RTM, due to money factor and wanting to eat badly, as anyone done this(switching from ll to atkins) pls advice as i dont want to make a mistake.:confused:

    I've noticed no one has replied to you hun. I think that is because no one wants to make the decison for you. The weight will come off on LL you now that, but with Atkins you have to be disiplined and motivated. It does work if you stick to it 100%. Please don't be fooled though..Atkins is expensive. I found I spent more doing Atkins then I did CD.

    slim&save, tried everything in the past,failed expert on them all
    i always thought you had to go through the 3 stages before returning to food choices. seek advice before you start another program as all your hard work could be in jeopardy
