LLL advice?

    was LL now diet chef
    Hi there
    ive finished RTM in sept - put on 7lb and have gone back on packs to lose the 7lb gained.
    However, as everyone says, its not as easy the second time round.
    i'm OK in the day, but come evening I want to eat.

    I'm thinking of swopping over to LLL - but don't really know anything about it other than it is 3 packs plus 1 meal.

    so, a couple of questions....
    1. what does the meal consist of? is it calories or portion control?

    2. I'm assuming that you are not in ketosis, so how fast does the weight come off?

    3. what is the benefit of doing LLL instead of say, slimfast, which is 3 meal replacements plus a meal?
