Hi there, have been following Atkins since Jan and have lost 3 stones however my weight loss has really slowed down. Any advice on a good Kick start to get my motivation and momentum going?? Just booked a holday to Morocco in August and would love to be a couple of stone lighter for then!! :flirt2:

    hi, welcome to the forum!
you've done really well so far, great loss!
the kick start thing......there is the fat fast, just google it and you'll get info.
like you, i lost some, then stalled for months, i just kept plodding on, and finally i have started to lose again, i did consider the fat fast, but really i just kept going with induction level, it has worked eventually, thank goodness!

Yes that's good advice, just go back to strict induction and see how you go :)
