Esk ... Im restarting sureslim tomorrow.

Its a diet designed for you based on blood tests but pretty much low carb low fat low sugar depending on what your tests show. The programme includes weekly phone calls from a consultant to talk thru problems and keep u motivated, give u menu ideas etc. I Have done before... When you stick to plan its awesome.
