Looking for help

hi everyone,
hope some of ye have the time and patience to help me,

i did lipotrim in 2005 and lost weigh got to my lowest ever at 10 st 7lb
but needless to say over the years ive put alot on, weighing 14st12lb 9 days ago

i wanted to try it again, and for 1st couple of days had 2 shakes but ate chicken in the evening,
then i just couldnt eat any more shakes hate the taste of them,

but i thought maybe i was nearly in ketosis, so i decided to do protein only instead

so that was 9 days ago and ive lost 12lb

im eating thinks like

egg mayonnaise, chicken wings, chicken breasts, mayo & small bit of tomato sauce, omelettes with mushroom and onion, bacon, steak and coleslaw
and im drinking about 3 lts of water a day, and coffee with tiny drop of milk and sweetner

will this work?
will i contuinre to loose weight?
will it slow down?
should i be excersing? i know you dont have to on lipotrim but is it the same?

Im not hungry at all, and i feel i can eat out if i want to, i dont drink alchol and am enjoying what im eating, not finding it hard at all

but will it work?:confused:

Sounds like a very Atkins way of eating - a diet I've lost 2 stone on so far. Why not come over to the Atkins forum and have a look at the 'do you're thinking of starting Atkins' sticky to see if it sounds right, then maybe read the book to give yourself a solid eating plan?
