Hi hun, Quark taste like natural yogurt, but has the consistency of philly or ricotta.
I was put off originally by the thought of it but really enjoyed it once I bought some. It's lovely with herbs and garlic in plus you can mix in chilli flakes or chilli sauce, I like mine with salt and black pepper, its lovely with lemon juice and capers as a tartare sauce for fish
