Loosing the pounds for holiday!!!

    I need to do this once and for all. I've tried so many diets and I just keep failing. I've got two tins of slim fast so im going to use them up.


    Chocolate shake

    Ham salad with a few noodles and one table spoon of extra light mayo.
    Weight watchers yogurt.

    Chocolate shake

    Sugar free red bull
    Tea with milk x2

    I too am on the "get ready for holiday" diet, just so I can put it all back on again with "All Inclusive"!!

    Only been on it for two weeks this Thursday, and at the end of the first week was 2lbs down......hooray. Short lived, as I put it back on, as I pigged out on a family day out on Sunday......so Monday, back on it, and try again!
