So..ive been on SW for a week now and weigh in is shortly. This is what ive had today

B-overnight oats with blueberries, banana with cinnamon
L-tomato and herb mugshot
T-SW bean burger, corn on cob (no butter), cauliflower rice :D

Snacks-apple, cherry tomatoes

Im hoping to have lost at least a couple of lbs because ive been pretty good with it-fingers xd xxxxxx
