    after getting my stone award and having a couple weeks sts and this week a gain
    ive decided to do it online (a food diary that is!) bad stuffs included no point lying to myself, so no holds barred, and then depending how i get on at WI next tuesday i can review and see where i may have done good or poosibly gone wrong
    thanks for reading and any info or advice welcomed dont be shy now say hi xxx

    Extra Easy

    hex a: 350ml skim milk
    hex b: 2 weetabix

    Brekkie: salmon(35g) and a cuppa with 1 sweetner
    Lunch: Steak salad 1tsp horseradish(1) slices of pineapple and mango
    Snack: Mullerlight, diet fizzy can
    Dinner: Goulash Meatballs (from Lifeline online-free-) salad cuppa
    Supper: 2 weetabix and rest of hex a
    cuppa with 2 biscuits (8)

    Syns: total for day 9
    horseradish(1)
    biscuits with my evening cuppa(8)

    hex a: 1:350ml skim milk,2:275 cold semi skim milk
    hex b: 1:beans,2:jacket potato

    Brekkie:2 bacon,2 quorn sausages,1 egg in frylight, beans (weighed hexb1) and a cuppa with 1 sweetner, B&B (6.5)
    Lunch: steak + marinade made from herbs and spices mixed with one egg ,lettuce, shredded carrots shredded cabbage,raspberry and cranberry mullerlight 190g pot, diet coke
    Snack: strawberries, melon,
    Dinner: Jacket potato(weighed hexb2), tuna, salad, carrots, cabbage, sweetcorn(1) ,extra light mayo(0.5)
    Supper: cadburys 1/2 fat choc mousse(3)
    milk (hexa1) in teas
    milk (hexa2) nice cold glass of milk

    Syns: total for day 11

    Brekkie:28g Grape nuts + milk (hexa2),mixed lettuce leaves prawns and rc thous isladn dressing(1.5),
    Lunch: ham salad, mullerlight,
    Snack: melon,strawberries
    Dinner: pork, hexb2 potatoes,veggies,gravy(2) stuffing (2) , fruit salad with mini merange nests(2) and cream(3.5)
    Supper: nothing should be stuffed
    hexa1 milk in drinks through day

    2 tsp sugar -(2)(someone else made my tea) :(
    2 bites of a pasty(8) (as a 75g mini is 10 and my mouth aint that big!! ):D

    chicken breast
    potato(hexb1) made into SW chips
    garden peas (hexb2)
    vinegar

    mullerlight for afters

    snacks if required melon, and strawberries in fridge, ham bacon and salad stuff ready at hand too

    no more syns used to thankful i can adjust another day to make up for slipping over

    really bad day gone overboard on hexbs so the syn values are beyond thinkable so thats a scrap it day today ,(instead of 2 wholemeal slices had about 6 throughtout morning and mid afternoon ,
    just try better for tea

    steak and steamed veg

    afters melon, mullerlight, frozen mixed red berries (straw,cherry,redcurrants blackberries, blackcurrants etc)

    Syns worked out 18 :eek: for day but i do feel awful and like ive jepordised my week

    Do you know what made you eat the bread today? I think if you look at why you chose that option, then possibly you could stop that next time. At least you've moved on and the choices for tea look good :) x

    gotta remind myself to come and log my food here ive forgotten the last couple days
    yesterday with the footy we had a bbq i made homemade coleslaw and had a jacket pot and steak so doing ok ,
    my exercise went out the window after friday night (collected a trampoline for kids -and me- and ive pulled all my arm and chest muscles tensioning the springs on the darn thing )

    i think im not eating enough not having enough ready snacks so when i do want to pick i pick at the wrong things my biscuit nibbling habit and nibbling at kids leftovers has returned, i know im doing it and know i shouldnt but still cant stop and just end up feeling guilty and deflated and swear that ill 'do better' next week but still im going to weigh in tonight and see what damage ive done and draw a line start a fresh tomorrow (although ive done good today so can count today as day one of a good week)
    i may even do a paper food diary (that you get when join) to show Consultant and see if she can guide me anywhere along onto the right path again . i dont want to have lost a stone and then stop i know this works i know i can do it i just gotta get my mojo back

    right challenged myself to a 100% week after returning from WI with a gain of 2.5lbs takes me back to just a stone lost and its not stopping there
    making good progress got home had a cuppa whilst reading latest mag from group then did 30min free jogging on Wii .
    meant going to bed later than planned but so be it ill do it to make sure i fit in at least 30 mins daily minimum 5 /7 days
    keeping a sas form consultant gave me for the week see if i can pinpoint any other problem areas and also a fit log and food diary so if i can't keep myself on the straight and narrow i might just scream.
