Losing the pregnancy pounds!!!!

So I am starting Atkins officially tmw 3/11/12. I had a practice run the last 7 days and I must say it went really well. Cravings are gone, been exercising everyday and lost 3lbs but my eating hasn't been strict i.e measuring net carbs etc. I hope to be able to post what I am eating here most days but definitely everyday on sparkpeople where I track my food and exercise. For exercise I am doing Jillian Micheals' 30 Day Shred everyday. I have two more days to go to complete L1. If I feel up to it I might add in her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD as well, we'll see :eek:.
 
Looks great, one thing though - net carbs don't exist in the uk. Check the Atkins FAQ post on the main board for full details but you need to count whatever it says as carbs on the label, don't subtract anything.

Good luck! The exercise sounds hardcore!
