Losing weight from your legs...

    I had a quick search on here but could only find old-ish threads about this... Don't know if it's ok to bump old ones? :eek:

    Anyway - Just wondering if many of you who have lost weight have lost it from your legs also? I've always had chunky legs even when I've lost weight in the past, they just don't seem to get any smaller :sigh:

    I'd be interested in what any of you nice people have to say :)

    Exercise is probably the best thing rather than dieting and losing weight alone. Even then you can't spot reduce to make a certain area smaller. If you do weight training (and I'm not taking about girly barbie weights here!) you can see a big difference in your shape.

    To be honest, even with diet and exercise there is only so much you can do to work within your body shape. Think of Beyonce - she looks really skinny right now but still has a similar shape to how she always has.
