Surgically happy.
I've asked a similar question before but very interested in knowing how many people continue to lose on RTM?
I have been aiming for 13 and a half stone but I think I probably need to aim for 12 and a half stone - only I'm not sure I will manage to stay on that long - I hope to, but it is frequently very hard. I've never lapsed and that keeps me going but part of me really wants to start RTM at the end of feb. (I'm not going to make that decision now - but each week IS getting harder).
No one can decide for me, but if people generally don't lose weight on rtm, then my decision would be effectively made (stay on till I'm done).
